Xylogy Opinion Leader Lunch – Third Series

"What stops projects from achieving strategic and financial goals?"

Most initiative, program and project teams today seem to have mastered project time and expense, but very few truly deliver their intended strategic and financial goals.

We are organising an event to discuss this highly topical issue at our complimentary Opinion Leader Lunch.

The lunch will be attended by a small number of senior executives and will be run as an open forum for discussion among the participants.  Participants will have a chance to learn more about what other organisations are doing and achieving. Following the discussion a white paper covering the combined ideas from the lunch will be distributed to the participants.

This lunch follows our two very successful board room series, which addressed “ Why do projects keep failing and what can be done to fix them ” and " Are we doing the right projects and are we doing them right? ". The abridged white papers from these first two series are available upon request.
