Xylogy Research Pty Ltd recognises the importance
of the information you provide and aims to ensure the privacy of
that information.
The Xylogy Privacy Policy contains detailed information
about:
- What information
of yours Xylogy collects.
- How the data is collected.
- Why Xylogy collects
this information.
- Whether this information
is shared with other companies.
- How you can opt-out
of information collection.
Anonymous information refers to data that
cannot be traced back to a specific individual. The Xylogy site uses
Javascript to collect information each time there is a visitor to
the site. The data collected is a counter of the number of visitors
to the site and each visitor's IP address (which points to the user's
Internet Service Provider). Xylogy uses this information for marketing
- to assess how many people are visiting the site and what country
they live in.
Personally identifiable information refers
to data that tells us specifically who you are, such as your name
and email address. Xylogy collects personal information through the
Feedback Form. When you fill out the form you will be asked to provide
us with your name, postal address, email address, telephone number
and occupation. While not all of this information is required for
the service to function, any information you provide to us assists
us in responding to you in the most efficient manner. The transmission
of forms is protected by data encryption technology.
Xylogy collects information for three purposes -
- To contact and/or
communicate with you about Xylogy products.
- From time to time,
Xylogy may use your information to contact you regarding new
Xylogy products.
- To use aggregate
data to measure user demographics for marketing purposes and
in order to update the content on the web site.
The information collected on the Xylogy site
is maintained solely by Xylogy. This information will not be shared
with any outside companies or organisations for any purpose.
You can opt-out of providing Xylogy with personally
identifiable information by not using the feedback form. You can
also opt-out of providing specific information by not filling out
certain fields in the feedback form (it requires only the name and
email address fields to be completed to function), or by requesting
information via email correspondence rather than using the feedback
form.

Policy to
